I help teachers and schools make their classrooms transformative.

I am a Senior Lecturer in Ethics and Multiculturalism at the University of Applied Sciences for Police and Public Administration in North Rhine-Westphalia and a Research Fellow in Educational Foundations at the TU Dortmund University in Germany. I give talks and workshops for educators around the US and Europe on central issues of educational practice. In 2021, I was awarded the TU Dortmund prize for excellence in teaching.
